Don’t miss out: Have your say

The Trust’s annual fans’ survey closes at midnight on Friday so we’d appreciate if those supporters who have not responded would spare a few minutes to answer questions.

There are questions on issues such as supporter directors, safe standing, season ticket renewals and the match-day experience and what you would like to see the Trust prioritise in the year ahead.

All the great stories from the Scoular glory days

An evening of great soccer chat takes place on Thursday (7.30 for 8pm) at the Llandaff Institute in Llandaff, Cardiff.

Leading sports writer, Peter Jackson, who reported on Cardiff City for the South Wales Echo, during the reign of manager Jimmy Scoular, will be talking about those days. Peter has some fascinating and funny stories to tell of his times working with Jimmy.

Peter will be in conversation with one of the legendary players from that era, Gary Bell and club historian, Richard Shepherd.

Richard will also be bringing along a file of classic photographs relating to that famous European Cup Winners’ Cup trip to Tashkent in 1968. It is hoped we will also be able to show a short film of the Torpedo Moscow trip.

Entry is free for all fans – even if you’re not a Trust member – but you need to register your name and any guests at members@ccfctrust.org.

We look forward to seeing you on the night.
